The name Rose Butterfly was taken on as a pen name by Deena Philip when she first published the book in 2020.

Post the publishing of The book I never Had, the writer has appeared under the name Rose Butterfly for the promotional activities of the book and has also published short stories .
She is a Media & Communication Strategist and illustrator. She also holds a Degree in psychology and is dedicated in assisting individuals with struggling minds and other mental challenges.
Deena Philip is also the co-creator and editor of kids’ books like the Turtle who could not tuck, Paper Plane, One Different farmer, Magic Plant, and many other children’s books.
Following the success of her first Edition of THE BOOK I NEVER HAD, which deals with the mental struggles and pain of overcoming a breakup, and moving past a toxic relationship; she has released her second Edition of the book.
In the New Edition, the book attends to some relevant topics that her readers have been asking her to write about.
